There are two categories of packages for you to choose from - tech and support - each with three tiers. There are several similar services between the tech and support packages, with tech being more expensive than support. While tech would perform these services on a project basis, support would do the same to support your clients, usually at a smaller scale on more stringent timelines. In case none of the packages has exactly what you need, MSP Scalerz can provide a customized package for your needs.

Additional Notes

Timings

Each of the packages here can be configured for:

  1. Business Hours in the U.S. - this would be during your business hours in your time zone. For example, this could be 8 am to 5 pm CST.
  2. After Hours in the U.S. - this would be everything apart from your business hours. So continuing with the example above, this would be 5 pm to (next day) 8 am cst during weekdays, all day during week ends, and all day during holidays.
  3. A combination of 1 & 2 above.

Pricing

The pricing given in this page is based on:

  1. The services being performed remotely from offshore locations, primarily India.
  2. An expectation that the outsourced personnel will be engaged full time in the project / support tasks for a duration of 6 months or more. If this expectation cannot be reasonably established, the prices will be slightly higher.
  3. An hourly pricing - i.e. you would contract the services of one or more people from MSP Scalerz. MSP Scalerz would then bill you at the pre-specified hourly rate for the time that these people spend on your projects.

If you are looking for a monthly fixed price for the services, do let us know. We would make a best guess estimate of the number of hours of work you would need on a monthly basis, the hourly rate of skill sets required for those services, and come up with a fixed monthly price based on that.
