Mahe Pahariya is the founder and CEO of MSP Scalerz LLC. He has over 2 decades' experience in the IT industry. He is adept at building great teams that deliver results, and now he is focussed on delivering results for MSPs.
Aman is a tech lead with deep expertise in delivering solutions tailored to MSPs. These include RMM & PSA using tools like ConnectWise Automate, NinjaOne, Datto RMM, Kaseya, and Site24x7.
Leela Mukund is a CISCO certified network engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructure. He has both the CCNA and CCNP certifications.
Pawan is a Microsoft certified Azure administrator associate, and has both the MCSA and MCP certifications. He also has expertise as a Wintel System Admin, an Active directory Admin, in Azure Active Directory, and in AWS IAM)
Vikas has a CCNA certification, and a Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Core certification. He has expertise with Sdwan Viptela devices, OSI layer, network topology, inter vlan, routing, and several other areas.
Tumpa is a L1 support lead with extensive experience resolving software, hardware, and networking issues, collaborating with developers to fix defects, and managing escalations requiring L2 & L3 support.
Working in L1 support, Deepak is adept at handling a variety of tickets coming in from MSP clients. Tasks include triaging the ticket to determine the action to be taken on it, escalating to L2 / L3 support where needed, and regularly following up to ensure timely ticket resolution.
As a cybersecurity lead, Karthik has been designing and implementing robust security frameworks. He has conducted regular vulnerability assessments, managed firewalls, and ensured anti-virus systems are up-to-date.
Working with L1 support, Provy specializes in triaging and assigning tickets within pre-defined SLAs. Her expertise in documenting processes related to tickets makes her a valuable asset for any MSP looking to improve their L1 support for their clients.
